Fewer nights accepted in low season and to fill gaps in calendar
Additional person charge of $35 per night
Reservations will be confirmed upon a 25% deposit within 7 days
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival on island
Payment: Personal check or credit card through Pay Pal.  A Pay Pal account is not required.

Cancellation Policy:  Full refund of deposit if cancelled 60 days before arrival date.  After this date, refund will be returned if the property is rebooked for the the period of the booking.  If a portion of the rental time is rebooked, then a pro-rated refund will be made, or apply entire deposit to a future reservation.
